A second lawsuit by plumber David Lavalle details allegedly unaddressed workplace injuries including fractures and chronic pain. Both cases highlight tension between SpaceX's breakneck innovation pace and labor protections as the company targets 100+ annual Falcon 9 launches while developing Mars-capable spacecraft.
